All purchases of digital products (ebooks) are considered final sales once the download has taken place or access has been granted. No refunds will be issued after access to the content has been obtained.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us.

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the content, please contact us, and we will resolve the problem or issue a full refund.
